At Queensland Community Support Coordination we recognise that most NDIS participants fall within the high risk category for COVID-19.
As a result, we have implemented the following changes to the way we deliver services while social distancing restrictions are in place:
Site visits
Where possible, in-person visits will be replaced with meetings via Zoom. If you do not have access to a computer or smart-phone, we will develop an alternative communication strategy to ensure your needs are met, whilst still meeting all social distancing requirements.
As we understand there are some things that can only be done in person, essential site visits will be limited to one household per day, to reduce the risk of cross-infection.
